General Information

Sear debuts as the hotel’s new sophisticated signature restaurant. Sear, also the cooking style of choice at this fire-inspired American restaurant, specialized in searing steaks, seafood and, yes, desserts. A large venue with seating for up to 350 guests, Sear is an ideal setting for more intimate and private dining. Sear also offers chef’s tables where guests are hosted by Sear’s Chef Chris Chadwick.
